Well on of the plugs by the speker inside of the phone is either loose or unplugged this is either very easy or very hard to repair i had to do it on mine too

my moto v3i just stopped turning on. everytime i press the power button,
the keypads just lights for about 1 second ands then turn off again.
i tried to use the combination key,
POWER BUTTON (+) * (+) # and then the screen displays the BOOT LOADER thing so i thought this phone might be ok
well resetting is not a solution as this light problem seems hardware not a software one.. just take it to a good service shop and these guys can clean the underside of the keypad which shouldn't cost u more than a 100 to 150 rupees
