Hi i think you will find its your sim card that is blocked the puk code is on the sim your network provider can give you the code no one else can,your phone may work with another sim thats not blocked.

A request for a PUK code ("Personal Unlocking Key") will appear on your phone if your SIM card PIN code is entered 3 consecutive times incorrectly.

Your SIM card will then become "PUKed" or Blocked. This is a security measure to protect your service.

You need to call the Customer Service department of your cell phone provider and they will give you the PUK code which will unblock your SIM card.

I wish i could help you but i just have one thing to say. DONT PUT NUMBERS IN. I did that with the Pantech Matrix. I had to get a new sim card. WAIT I JUST REMEMBERED call your provider (ATT, Verizon)ask what for a puk code for your phone.

call ur customer care (aircel,airtel...etc)...then give ur last 4digit number of ur sim card ...after tat they ll give ur puk code...used tat code and open ur security

Go to 4shared and download "reset nokia security code" software. Put your IMEI number in it. It will generate the master code for your mobile. Do not keep your sim card in your set while entering it. Before even trying it, just remove your simcard from your handset and try the default pincode. Mine is nokia 3110c it has code 12345.

PUK stands for 'Pin Unlock Code', and has to be entered if you've locked your SIM by repeatedly entering the wrong PIN code. If you're asked for a PUK code, you've had more goes at guessing your SIM card PIN code than you're allowed. You'll need to phone your network provider Customer Services for your PUK code to unlock the SIM. For security reasons, it's only the network operator that can legally provide you with a PUK code to unlock your SIM.With some phones you will get a cert card with your sim card and it might have the 8 digit PUK on it. if this has been entered 10 times or more incorrectly then you will need a new sim card

Brother 3 time inserting of wrong security code gives "Enter PUK" message, 10 times entering wrong PUK code gives "Sim blocked" message. If there is "Enter PUK" message u can get it from service provider but if there is "Sim blocked" no one can do anything to your sim. You have to change your SIM in that case. Your service provider can replace your blocked SIM with another new SIM in normal charge. If this answer satisfied u do vote.

You should get your PUK number from your service provider... no one else have it
