Get the PC serviced???? as a tech to do this>?
if not , it can take lots of hard work .
NO PC stated, from 1984 to now, must we guess that?
w7 infections ! 101:
run ccleaner, free, first
then run malwarebytes. next.
then do the full A/V scan, i've no idea who's you run but scan it now.
then cleanup CHROME. (google how to disinfect chrome.)
or abandon Chrome , and run Firefox v56+ firefox now blocks most this junk.

is your w10 running IE11 as it must? if not? get it now.
IE11 cures some Chrome bad acts, chrome uses IE settings, etc.
did you do all w7 updates from microsoft yet?, takes IE11 first.
yes/no, ? do not run w7 lacking all updates.
all critical updates, is a must !

you never said which chrome.?
version what?
v0.2.149
to version 65 (be here) 2017-12-05 (Windows) release date
never run old browsers on the web.

best is do this. costs you not dime, run FF newest
it has vastly better protections.

Possible trojen, or malware. Download Malwarebytes.com use the free version and run it, delete all the files it finds. From your browser, select a home page you want, select tools from the toolbar, select internet options, and if there is anything in that box delete it and select current page, to make it your new home page. Restart your PC

SOURCE: IE 32-bit browser need to run on my 64-bit browser

The Internet Explorer shortcut in the Quick Launch toolbar and in the Start menu of Vista x64 will run the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer by default. Why run the 32-bit version if IE on the 64-bit version of Vista?
There are actually two shortcuts for Internet Explorer in the "All Programs" menu. Why two and what's the difference?
Here's the title of each and the exe's they run:
Internet Explorer
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"
Internet Explorer (64-bit)
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"
The first one runs IE from the "Program Files (x86)" folder, this is the 32-bit version. The second one is the 64-bit version.

SOURCE: Can i install a 64 bit of 32 bit Computer?

Yes you can, unfortunately you can not upgrade from 32bit to 64bit, you would need to do a fresh installation. Also your processor and motherboard need to support 64-bit architecture. If you start the installation for the 64bit if the architecture isnt supported it would notify you that the installation can not be completed with an error message.
Enjoy your copy of Windows 7 64-bit if it works.

Testimonial: "thanks, it's working fine, i just want to know will it run faster if i had 32 bit?"

Cannot access a site although have put in browser, to acitvate it, have been having error page 403, gone into browser but still will not allow access to stite requested.

HTTP Error 403 is an error message which means that you are not authorized to view the web page which you are attempting to load. Usually, the HTTP error 403 - Forbidden means that access to the file/folder you are trying to open has been denied, either on intention or owing to a configuration anomaly. You could attempt using a proxy website if the access is blocked intentionally.

Webpage error details User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 5.2; Trident/4.0; Data Center; GTB6; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.04506.30; .NET CLR 3.0.04506.648;...

The key part of the error message is "permission denied", so it is one of two things.
It is either exactly that, you need to log into the server and set the permissions to "Read, Write, Execute" in the everybody group, OR there is something on that line of code that the browser security finds unsafe. You can test that out by setting your security real low for just a moment to try again, if you are sure it is safe to do so.
