Ge wprb8050d GE Profile Washer WPRB8050D. I would set a load on Large capacity and cold water. The water level only goes less than a small capacity. Then it would cycle for about 5 minutes then completely stops. We tried to unplug it for 10-15 mins and it's still the same problem. What is wrong with the washer? Is there something we could do to fix it?

When it stops filling
you fill it with a jug of water to the right level
then see what happens
if it goes past rinse
have a look at the water valve it needs to be changed

SOURCE: how do I remove the front panel of a ge profile

That may not be possible; many units have connected front and sides that are removed as one piece by removing hardware in the back and inside the washer.

Water overflowing at the top ge 3.5 cu ft washer wprb8050d

Your water level sensor may be bad. This shuts off the flow of water when it reaches a certain level. Hope this helps.

My washer seems is filling very slowly, and doesn't empty all the water out of the tub. I tried both temperature settings and it doesn't seem to matter. It will fluctuate back and forth on how fast it...

regarding your filling problem , most washers have small screen filters at the water intake, take your hot and cold hoses of of your machine and observe the fittings on the machine you will likely find the filters there they are just a mesh screen, remove them and clean , then reassemble this should solve your slow filling problem

My GE Profile WPRB8050D fills, drains and spins but won't agitate. It makes a sound, but doesn't move. What could be the problem?

Hi,
These washer have a motor that runs clockwise and counter clockwise...for agotaion it runs one way and for spinning it runs the other...check if the motor is still getting power, but not running in the one direction...motor is probably bad...
