I have forgot my password of restrict volume and my volume is so low i can't hear the volume of it so i want to off restrict volume or change the password so please give a solution
Hi Cherry - that's not too hard.
Restricting volume (password protected) is done through Creative Media Lite software.
How to use Creative Media Lite
After protecting the Volume Restriction settings with a password, the same password is required for subsequent changes.
If you forget your password, reinstall your ZEN Neeon 2 firmware. You can download it from Creative Worldwide Support ZEN Neeon 2

push and hold the power button and at the same time prss the play button....a system recovery window eill pop up and select the first optiom "clean up" then turn it off and on again and its done!

Hi you will have to format your player and reinstall the firmware so the player will be like it was from the factory. That will wipe on the password you set and you can just reset it to what you want.
