Random reboots are usually caused by a failing power supply.Suggest you replace the power supply within the pc.

Try to open it in safe mode. If it opens and don't reboot then right click on my computer->click on properties->click on Advanced Tab->setup and recovery framework click on settings->in system failure framework remove checked from Automatically restart.

A lound buzzing sound is an indication that the Driver (transistor) for the amplifier final is bad. This is not so much a buzzing and it is extreme in loundness.

My sanyo hdtv wont stay on

I once had an HDTV with this same problem. If I turned it back on, it would make a loud BUZZ-BUZZ-Buzz noise for about twenty seconds before coming back on.

I can only guess that the problem is the TV drawing too much power from a circuit that can't support it. Do you have many electronics plugged into the same socket? Is the TV going into a splitter? Try isolating the connection and the TV might have better luck. No guarantees however.

If it's the same problem I had, then it will do this no matter what you hook up to it, as you seem to have at least partially discovered.

Several days ago, it started buzzing continuously, with all LEDs off. I tried rebooting it with the button, but it would either: A) go to battery mode for a couple of seconds (yellow LED), switch to AC...

This buzzing could possibly be from a transformer that has loosen up. It could also be that there is a short some where and the system trys to reboot only to find a major problem exist. Put your ear up to it and try to pin point the area. It could also be SCR's or IGBT's

2003 Dodge Durango makes a funny noise when the ignition is turned both off and on. Sounds kind of like an annoying hum. Stops after a couple of seconds.

Usually the humming or buzzing noise you hear at start and turning off is the fuel pump being activated or shut down.
