It is likely to be a manufacturer fault. This happened with a watch I imported from tokyoflash.com the first time around. Get in contact with Diesel and/or the people you bought it off and make sure to send it back. You should hopefully have a warranty, as this is a faulty good. You have rights as an internet consumer.
First look for the set button then press it ,a long press and If it is blinking that's the time you to select the hour ,the minutes, the day/date,the alarms and the special features of your watch. The right button the up and down or for scrolling.Try all of this so your time will set.
Your Diesel has two button and one winding crown has two pulls, first pull for DAY / DATE,and the second pull for the hour and minute.Just do the first pull then wind it clockwise for DAY and the counter clockwise for DATE. The buttons is for chronograph RESET / STOP and GO thats all the function try to function it it will not damaged your watch. Feel free to ask whatever the result...
do you have the button on your watch named "el" its the top left one, press and hold it for 3 secs. after you can change the time. you can press the mode button to change it :)
I was given two different Diesel instruction books with my dz-7069 and neither covers the watch in question. If anyone can tell me how to set the time on it I'd be most grateful.
