Black screen, lit up blue wheel ,Cant see screen

I have a sansa 260a it is frozen . I won't turn off or on. the wheel is lit up blue but the screen is black. (off) I have a SanDisk sansa e260 and the screen is black like it is off but the blue wheel is on and you can hear music since i had it on radio i can only listen to it but i want to watch videos and actually see my screen. PlEASE HELP!!

Try detaching the back by taking off the tiny screws (dont lose them!) taking out the battery + putting it back in.

Frozen

If the light around the spinning wheel is blue and the screen is black, then Hold the on/off button up for about 10-20 seconds and it should turn off. then you can just turn it on again. I fit doesn't work, then just wait for the battery to die and charge it back up.

Blue wheel light isnt working or turning on

open ur mp3 and when u open it it has a orange thin wiring that is connected to the wheel make sure that is connected

Sansa e250

I have a proplem with my sansa e250 after upgrading it. Now I can't start my sansa. The whole sansa is frozen. Just appear SanDisk logo on the screen, blue wheel lite and that's all.
I tryed several time to reset it by pressing the power on (menu) buton for more than 15 sec. It power of after that, but when I try to start it again problem persist - sansa e250 is frozen after logo of sandisk apear on the screen.
Please help me

Problem with sansa e260

that happens to me too. i think the problem is that your computer can't like, sense that it's plugged in, so your battery's dying out, and the computer wont charge it

Frozen on the loading screen

press the menu button on the bottommostlft side,,,and also anyone of the other buttons (say forward button) for quite sometime around 2 minutes (probably less than that)............

then the blue light would be turned off and sansa starts rocking again..

HOLD MENU AND FORWARD BUTTONS TOGETHER....

or as you thought u can let the sansa discharge all its power.

dont open at any cost ,because if its found opened then warranty may be cancelled.
