I have a customer with a an SC543 code on an Ricoh SP C231 that has no keypad. Can anyone please help on how to get into the service mode to reset this service code?
I have had the suggestion to use the usual "Clear Mode"+107+"Clear/Stop" but as this printer has no keypad this solution does not work.
Any other ideas will be most welcome. Thanks in advance.
