Blurry streaked lcd screen, blurry picture results

My sony cybershot dsc-t1 camera was working just fine. The last pictures that I took were fine. When I view the pictures that are on the card, they view fine. The lcd screen, however, is blurry with streaks all over it. When I take new pictures, the result is very blurred....Can anyone help me figure out what the problem is? I have only had this camera few a few years. My other digital was cheaper, older, and has outlasted this one..
