NVIDIA Geforce FX 5200TV Tuner card Problem!!!

Hoping someone out there can help me I recently reformatted my harddrive and reinstalled all my software back in to my home computer anyway I have a NVIDIA Geforce FX 5200TV Tuner Video card and now the only function that does'nt work I can't watch TV now the player that comes up is called Intervideo windvr 2.0 the driver for it did'nt install and I can't find the driver for it anywhere and when I try to download the setup for that piticular feature it asks for a serial number that I don't have any suggestions

    i'm having the same problem, it keeps telling me on windvr that it cant find the device...

Vertex artifacts and screen glitches
If yo have no drivers installed sure it will help.

Now, if it works fine at the begining but it messes up with time, then i think it's temperature.

Try monitoring your video card temperature under heavy load.

The only time that this can happen is if the driver is not installed correctly, as on install you are normally asked if you want to activate support for dual monitors, so if you havent already, uninstall the card driver, restart and install driver again from the cd or from the NVIDIA website. http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_93.71.html If you have already tried this my apologies.
