MP3 player GHT D2000 appears locked

Look in manual for factory reset.

if the lock appears it`s the key lock, just hold in the circle button in a few secunds and then it will open agine ^_^

when you lock it it shows a red lock on the top of the screen. the lock key slides on the side.

Look at the hold button. if the hold button is on the left, then you have to pull on the right. this disangagr the hold button. Good lock

There is a hold/lock switch on the player - you need to unlock it. Refer to your user's manual in order to see a picture of where this hold/lock switch is.

I'm not familiar with SANSA but try this.
try to locate any slide switch from your MP3 player indicating
"HOLD" or a picture of a "lock" or a "key" then switch it backwards.

and in some cases this switch can also be locate at the headset unit if the headset does have a control buttons on it

There is a lock switch on top of the mp3 player - slide it to the unlocked position to solve your problem - see your user manual if you can't find the lock switch.

Is the "Hold" switch on?

Key lock means the HOLD switch is on.

Slide it the other way.

no but everytime i have a new battery and it is not on hold the green light just stays on
