Question about Motorola Mobility V365 Cellular Phone

PTT SCREEN HAS UNABLE TO ADD CONTACT MESSAGE:

My v365 has the message; unable to add contact,Invalid PTT number on the screen.When I press the right soft key to signify ok,it wont remove it.The contact does exist and is active and I am using it.The message not clearing is keeping me from getting to my PTT screen to make changes I need to make,like auto accept ptt and PTT on,etc. How can I clear this?

I have removed the battery,and simm card,and started and restarted the phone.I dont want to do a master reset,because it is a company phone and I have a lot of contacts in it and we bought them for the PTT cabibilities,which I can no longer access.

My side bar PTT is normal,can go to contact list and Ptt anyone,but my available icon at the top of the phone shows instead of a smiley face,the yellow circle with the rotating arrows like a PTT is still in progress even when I hit the end button.

Anyway to reset this?

I had this problem and we needed to contact our cellular company to verify settings. After some time looking into the problem they said it was a hardware malfunction and swapped phones for us. I think there must be a solution to this problem that the cell representatives did not know about.

How do i get my phone to send pic messages it just says invalid destination address every time i try to send a pic message?

Take and Send a Picture via Messaging.
  1. From the main screen, navigate: MENU > Media Center > Picture & Video.
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.
  2. Select My Pictures.
  3. Select a picture then press the right Soft key to choose Options.
  4. Select Send.
  5. Select Picture Message.
  6. Enter the 10-digit mobile phone number or email address then select OK.
  7. Select SEND.

I have a norstar M7310 and have forgotten my vocemail password, leaving me unable to retrieve my messages ... Help !!


To reset your voice mail password,on press feature 983 the screen should say log:
enter 1020000 (default password) if you have a 3 digit intercom number, 120000 if you have a 2 digit intercom number
the display should say mbox, AA, and othr above the three soft keys
press the mbox soft key
the screen should say add, del, and chng above the soft keys
press the chng soft key
enter in the mailbox number you wish to reset the password on
press ok
the screen should say reset and next above the soft keys
press the reset soft key
press the Rls key
your password should be reset to 0000

press the CHNG key and enter in your first and last name
the # key advances you one space press it twice to enter in the comma between the first and last name.
press the Rls key when finished.

I need to remove a # from the rejection list


go to - menu-> settings-> application settings->  call->  all calls->  auto reject-> (scroll one down) reject list->
[on the reject list uncheck number you wish to remove from the reject list. ]

-this is the most accurate answer, trust me.
