Frozen screen and now it won't turn off

I downloaded a free solitaire app. and once the game was completed the screen is frozen and I can't get it to power off or let me go "home"

If your kindle are frozen and won't turn off so, firstly reboot your kindle this is done by pressing the side button minimum 20 to 40 second and screen are blinking so, give the kindle about one minute to start backup.

Check you have charged it for at least 30 minutes.
Press and HOLD the power button in the ON position for a slow count of 30.
Ignore whatever happens and just keep it held on.
Now go drink a cup of tea and let it calm down.

Now touch the power button as normal to turn on.

My tablet is frozen. If I reset it will I lose all of my apps and games with the money/points?
Are you able to connect to PC with USB? Download data?

Most game settings should be stored online, launch app on another tab and check with user name/password.

Is it possible to download simple games such as solitare or freecell on a Kindle
Yes . Go to Games on your device and type in solitaire and a simple game should be available to download. Or go to you Amazon prime account on your computer and down load it from there.

When playing games on my Kindle Fire 7" HD, the apps unexpectedly close and return to home screen
When was the last time the tablet was turned off (not just put into sleep mode)?
To turn off the tablet, hold the power button for two or three seconds, then tap "shut down" when asked if you want to shut down your Kindle.
After the device has completely turned off, press the power button to restart.

I have been getting both English and Spanish commercials while playing solitaire. I do not want Spanish commercials please get rid of them
Did you try going to settings , scroll down untill you see the solitaire app and click on the solitaire app thing and see what you can change?

Have you ensured the download of the games has completed downloading, it can take awhile, check the icons in the tablet, check, if the download was interupted or stopped or your device was turned off, try downloading again, go to the app just prior before purchase, it should say a status like (downloading or in progress) if there is definately no processing or installing talking place at all, try turning off the device completely and see if it configures , i will answer and help you through this , i will reply promptly, but first what tablet do you have? model or version number.

Download google play
Go to the play store which is located under apps. Click on that and wait for that to load and there should be a search bar. Press the search bar with your finger. It should then bring up the keyboard on your screen. Type in Google play and then hit search or enter. Google play should come up and then click the download button next to the app. Once the app is downloaded it should say download complete. Then the app will be visible on your main screen and is also accessible from your apps screen.

Double click the home button to bring up all the open apps on your iPad. They will list in a line across the bottom of the screen. If you are on iOS7 or later you simply swipe the screen shot of the app upwards to close the app completely. Then go back to your home screen and open the app as you normally do. This should force the app to reboot and work as intended.

Kindle fire will not load words with friends
Step one, download advanced task killer. It works great. When down loaded set the security level in the app to "low", the kill level to "aggressive", and the app kill rate to "whenever screen is off". reset your Kindle. (turn completely off, then back on) Try using your games again if that doesnt work then u might reinstall a game or two and see if that makes a difference. My fire did the same thing to me. Alot of time apps will run in the background and eat all of the RAM (memory) up and when you try to run games there isnt enough to do so. I had the same problem trying to play jetpack joy ride
