SOURCE: audio driver

here is where you can get the drivers..................

http://notebook.free-driver-download.com/IBM/33723/IBM-ThinkPad-R52-Audio-Driver-5.12.01.5300-Windows-2000-XP.html

download the drivers and install, i am sure they will work.

you may install the original type of the OS that your system came with, but you should also install the sound drivers at the end of the process.
i suggest you better leave your system run with XP SP2.

Cheers..........................................

SOURCE: acer aspire 4720z audio driver for widows xp home edition sp2

Have you gone to the acer site? and second question I too have an acer and I got rid of Vista is this what you did or did the computer come installed with xp. If it did make sure you have the Microsoft hdd coded driver installed. It is available by googling "hdd audio driver" it will send you to microsoft to download. Also make sure you have completely deleted the previous software before loading the new one they will conflict and load on top of each other. Hope this helped..Take care.. Be mucho blessed..Mark

I have not install my realtek audio sound driver in my pc .do pls tell me .how can i install it

What kind of pc u are using? Branded or assembled? what is the operating system you have in your pc? if it is an assembled one then you will get the driver on the motherboard disc and if it is a branded on you will have to install it either from the disc that u got with it or from the recovery partition. if it is an assembled one and if u have windows xp installed please note that realtek high definition audio driver will work only with xp service pack2. Keep me informed.

Audio driver installation failed from mother board cd

The most common solution was this: open device manager click "system devices" disable "microsoft UAA bus driver for high definition audio" uninstall "UAA bus driver" make rescan devices (Note: Not all had this step. You may want to skip it.) D.W. install realtek driver the realtek driver includes the UAA driver too.Hope this helps.
