2002 ford windstar wouldnt start so jumped and started. next day wouldnt start tried jump and flashers and horn went off put key in horn went off hazards stayed on. drove 10 miles with flashers on turned car off took neg cable off battery and nxt day put cable back on and wouldnt start so got new battery installed but still wouldnt start. checked all fuses ok.

it could be the starter sticking next time when it doesnt start try tapping the starter with a spanner.

jumped battery started next day attempted to start and was dead i swapped out a battery no good then i swapped out the terminals to the battery and it started right up

Could be one of two things.
1. Your starter motor is no good.
2. If you turn on your lights and try to start the car and they dim to almost black, then you need to check the battery connections.

Its likely that you have either a bad ignition switch or a bad neutral safety switch (if stickshift, clutch switch) Try starting in neutral...if it starts, change neutral switch (jump across clutch switch, check starting in neutral with your foot on the brake) Ignition switch is on top of steering column under dash.

Look for a lose connection at the crank shaft sensor. This is a signal needed for obtaining tachometer as well as turning on the fuel pump.
