install it and run it
its a disc copying software but the reason i am saying to download it is that it will update your firmware for you

click write file to disc, then click on tools then move to drive then go to the last option on the new menu that says Check for Firmware Updates, click ok then click on the numbers listed below version( pick the one that is the latest) this will download the firmware file. extract the files from the downloaded zip and open the installer allow it to finish then click finish or exit. then restart your pc. Now try your dvd

I would recommend updating the firmware. not sure what type of lexmark machine you have however to obtain the lastest firmware from them that require a phone call to them, last time I needed firmware. However below is the link to them firmware download site:

I have fixed this problem I have updated the Epson 1400 firmware and now it world fine. I have downloaded IPL USB SENDER program and new firmware file for 1400 printer and updated firmware. first you dont need to update the firmweare of this machine just only apply this update if you change for a new one main Pcb. If you try to update this machine you make damage your main pcb.
