Randomly restarting this remote randomly shuts off, sometimes restarting

Possible internal brush issue within blower motor. Try slapping the underside of the passenger side dash with the palm of you hand several times the next time the motor quits. If it restarts, suspect a motor on its way out.

Sometimes computers will shut down or restart because they have a virus. Take it and have it checked or take a chance and install a good antivirus/malware software program and maybe it will find it if it is not to late. Some viruses can just be annoying and sometime they can be destructive doing damage to files etc..

your powersupply might be giving out disconnect unused usbs that may be faulty or just ripped or broken

The alarm tripping is often caused by a bad door or hood switch. Since the hood switch is always exposed to water and corrosion, that one usually goes bad first. Check that out. And no, you can't disable it.

I had a 1988 dodge Dakota ,and it did the same thing. I fould that the o2 sensor was bad. I am a self employed mechanic

GM's antitheft system, has been known to cause such troubles. Read thru this link and decide if this is your problem.

Commonly happened when playing MP3's using an early version of the firmware. Install the Garmin updater and install the latest firmware and patches.

My original unit did the same thing.
