The support page for Vizio offers a link to manuals. I am unsure if the company continued to supply physical manuals, a matter you could query about to the customer service. If possible, have your receipt for the computer handy. If you were supposed to get a manual, chances are you will need to show when and where you bought it.

I have the Stoves 720EF manual stored on the BT Digital Vault which might help. If you want a copy of it, supply an email address and I will give it access.
Also someone else has said that if you speak to Stoves nicely they may be able to send an electronic version of the manual instead of the paper copy.
