I have a Hoover Vision HD 9 kg washing machine, type VHD 916Z. The machine is very noisy, could it be a bearing that is broken? i s it posssiible to open the plastic tank and then assemble it again? When I torn the drum by hand it does not turn very smoothly.

Had same problem wouldnt spin found clip on motor had come loose pushed it back on problem solved!
