You can able to format your mobile phone by simply typing *#7370# and a question will appear then confirm it, then next step type your lock code, your phone will restart and fully reformatted. (Note: BEFORE DOING THIS YOU MUST BACKUP ALL YOUR FILE SAVED ON YOU PHONE MEMORY, AND I SUGGEST YOU MUST REMOVE YOUR MMC BEFORE DOING THIS)
type this on your home screen :
***be sure you have your conctacts save on your sim card though
*#7370# > reformats your phone
then it'll ask you for your lock code. (default lock code is 12345 if you havent change it yet...)
HI
I am not sure your question but I can tell that your phone is ok but the prepaid service need to be reset. This case, only Vodafone can help you since the pre-paid phone has been locked by them. this is probably virus cause but I am not 100% sure since your phone is still locked to vodafone as a pre-paid unit. This set needs to have vodafone service and they may have their own software to reset the service for you. I hope this will help.
