Wiring Pioneer Super Tuner II, I need the wiring diagram showing stereo to amp and out

    The model is KEX 50. I will check with Pioneer unless you have info on that model. I don't have the funds available for the manuals online site. I had already found that site, but with the economy, and I haven't been employed for a long time, don't have any assets.

Hello nootkabear,

Without the model number of your super tuner, it's not possible to point you to a specific location for the wiring diagram.

I'd start with Pioneer support to see if they have a download for the manual. If that fails, try the manualsonline site. Manualsonline is not a free site.

Is remote wire to Super Tuner for
with that little info I'll guess your looking at remote wire coming out of your Pioneer Super Tuner car stereo. That wire (usually blue) goes to a powered antenna (if you have one). It tells the antenna when you turn the radio on (raise) or off (lower). It also can be used to send a signal to a relay to turn a amp on or off too.

Usually it's....

black = ground
red = switched battery power
yellow = constant batery power (for clock...etc)
orange = illumination
blue = amplifier turn on or accessory (electric antenna, amps etc)

green/white/purple/grey are speaker wires.
