Reconnect internet to tv

It sounds like you have been connected before. If so settings should be in memory on TV. Try power cycling your modem and attempt to access on TV again once your modem had completed rebooting. This time of year (thunderstorms) it is common for modems and connected devices to establish a new connection. Small little power hiccups are famous for causing connection issues. I've even seen where some connected devices have no issue while others loose network connection.

Keeps loosing wifi signal

Try resetting your wireless router. Power cycle it through.

Symptoms:
lost Internet access on all devices
unable to go online
no Internet connection on router
router Internet LED symbol is amber
To powercycle your home network:
Turn off the router by unplugging it. If you have a modem and router in one device, turn it off then proceed to step 3.
Turn off the DSL or cable modem for three minutes.
Note: Some modems are equipped with a backup battery. If your modem have one, please remove the backup battery to completely turn off your modem. For common cable modems equipped with backup batteries, please see Performing a full reset of cable modem with battery backup
Turn off all computers attached to your network.
Turn on the DSL or cable modem first and let it boot. Let it complete its connection to your ISP before proceeding to the next step. One of the indications that the modem have completed its connection is by seeing a green light on the modem. If you have a modem and router in one device, proceed to step 6 after it connects to your ISP.
Once the modem completes the connection to your ISP, plug in the router. Let it complete its power on test before proceeding to the next step.
Restart your computers.

Was having problems w/ internet connection. Brighthouse tech just left. Replaced modem and fixed a loose wire at box outside. Still won't hook to wireless and says that it is probably my router

If you have a separate modem and router turn both off and reboot only modem till all lights up the reboot router till all lights up in that order sounds simple communication problem between router and modem. If router modem combo unit disconnect either dsl or cable from router/modem leave diconnected for a short time then reconnect and reboot till all lights up. Hope this helps.

I cannot connect to the internet using my dlink dir-600 router

  • Check the cable modem status light. If this cable is loose at either connection point, you must tighten it before hoping to attain your Wi-Fi signal again.
  • Verify that the Internet light on your Netgear wireless router is solid or blinking green.

  • Press the "Reset" button that is located on the front face, top or rear of the broadband modem. This button allows your modem to re-initialize, and this may solve your problem once it boots back up.

My Siemens speedstream 4100 modem looses the internet connection once in a while. Sometimes 2 or3 times a day. Turning the power off and back on resets it and it works OK for a while. At&T tech support...

The Modem may be over heating, make sure the modem is not in a cupboard or a small confined area, check if the modem is hot to touch, if it is move the modem to another area.

Internet continually dropping out

There are many things that can be causing this. Like; wired/wireless, if wireless how far away from your access point or router is your pc or you may need another access point for a stronger signal. Also try moving your pc when you loose your signal. Just a little repositioning might grab a stronger signal. Your modem: Try unplugging it when this happens wait for about 1 min then plug back in. You may be in an area that's causes "bottle necking" a term used for clogged internet signals. This usually happens during weekends and peak internet usage hours. This would be a job for your internet provider. There is also a reset on your modem. If unplugging doesn't do it after all the lights have come back on and the internet light stops blinking, look for a very small hole somewhere on your modem (not router). Get an object small enough to fit into it and strong enough to add pressure. Tooth picks won't work! Now push it in (while turned on) and hold it until all the lights go off. It may seem like it takes forever, just be patient. Once all the lights go out let go of the reset; wait again for all the lights to come back on & internet light to stop blinking.
If still same problem could possibly be your ethernet/wireless card going bad but they just kind of either work or they don't.
Start keeping tract of the times/days this happens and how long your internet is down. I'd do this for 1-2 days then call your internet provider. Theres one catch with them tho, they can't see your problem or diagnose it on their end unless your down at the time you call them. You may just need another modem. But keep on them if you come to this step. They like to say "ok your good now - bye" and then you'll have the same problem again. If this happens demand a new modem. It's free...

Siemens 4100 disconnects

It sounds like you have a power or an interference issue if it occurs at the same time every day.

I would try plugging it into a regulated power source, a UPS if possible or at least a power strip.

If it is in a power strip, I would swap the power strip. If it continues to happen at the exact same time every day, I'd also try plugging it into a different area of the house and watch it at the "bad" time and see if it still happens.
