When first turns on, large black horizontal lines make picture unwatchable.

Hi i have a VW 10ht projector with horizontal lines taking up to an hour to clear now, did you fix yours, what was problem any help appreciated. my email [email protected] I also own at Sony VPL-VW10HT. Its now almost 10 years old. When first turned on, it has terrible horizontal black lines that make it unwatchable. But within 2 minutes, it "warms up" and the lines disappear. I recently changed the lamp, since it had 2000 hours, and I hoped that the new lamp would eliminate this behavior, but unfortunately it did not. So I don't know the cause, only that the lamp is not the source of the problem. It would be great if someone knows how to fix this. Now my concern is that the problem will go on longer and longer, based on the previous post.
