Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
Our canon mf5700 fax was working just fine up until a few days ago. No fax will send & when some one tries to fax me they are getting an error message. Could some one have changed my settings by accident or something? Do you know what I can check for? I have unplugged machine & plugged back in. I have tried to check settings but I am unsure what to look for. The printer/coppier is working fine.
I have airport extreme and 4 apple computer(all with Leopard) connected, all is working well, except I can NOT print wirelessly via canon mx310. The USB cable from printer is connected into the airport extreme USB hub,, and I have the lasted canon upgrade, do you have any suggestions?

turns out the wrong paper size was selected in the print setup. I set it to Postcard (4x6) and it began working perfectly again. Hooray.

Page 104 & 105 talk about the activity report. You can have it print out every 20 transactions but you can also look at the log as a whole report as well. The manual for your printer is located here:
Click on Drivers and downloads. Go down to the guides and manuals section. click on this PDF file: mp830_ug_us_v4.pdf
Make sure you have adobe reader on your computer and check out pages 104 and 105. They talk alot about the activity report.
