Yellow LASER is bad. Its located under the yellow drum you need to replace it. You must purchase the LASER parts as (4) units one for each color but you can replace the a single unit

When you say the bizhub fails Authorization, do you menat it fails Athentication?
If so, and I pressume your technician knows what he's doing, you have an issue with a password. I suggest you create an address for the bizhub on your email server and then re-setup the scanning to email credentials via the web browser direct to the machine.

That is not much to go on, but it is possible that the print job got sent to the wrong tray. Say you printed a job to tray 2 which has legal paper in it, but the job is formated for letter it could lock down printing until the job is canceled and sent to the right tray. If there is an error code try and shut machine off and on using the main power switch inside front door.
