How do u retrieve all pictures to show on your mp3?

Make sure the music files are mp3 files, not wma or some other format.

ok you need to unplug the mp3 from usb port and then shutdown your computer properly then wen it is totally shut down turn it off at the wall and then back on the same thing happens with me you properbly just didnt shut your comp down properly last time you used it

There is a super easy solution, if you are using windows try using a live cd, which is a bootable cd. Here is the link to a good one: http://ftp.heanet.ie/pub/linuxmint.com/stable/8/LinuxMint-8.iso

just download and burn onto a disc using an iso burner (http://www.freeisoburner.com/)

then boot up the disk and plug in your phone, the os should recognize the mp3 as a mass storage device just like a usb then you can retrieve your songs and delete them as you would files on a usb 

Start + Search + Pictures, Music or Videos + then put *.mp3 into the search box and go. This will list every mp3 on your drive at which point you can select all files listed and cut (ctrl+x) and paste them (ctrl+v) into a new folder on your desktop or wherever you choose to put them.

Karbinas I know what you are asking. you got the music off the internet, this was music that was secure music. It will play on your computer but it will not allow you to download it to mp3's it will also not let you allow you to burn it. sorry it is called bootleg music everyone has some but just does not know it. There is a program to show you the songs allow but it cost more than it is worth. If you like a song that is not able that way find it in the store and download the cd it's cool get friends go in on it. That is why I tell people to buy the player that have sd cards so they can trade with friends. DGW
