If Centrelink is for the Australian government web site, start by contacting them. FIXYA unpaid volunteers cannot do this for you.

I assume because of the spelling you are in Aust. The Govt is trying to stop using mail and direct you to the internet generally.

Check that you have an active account with them. Maybe you did not complete the registration step enough to get an active account. Check some forum links to help:

Now firstly Centrelink online is not available 24/7, so you might just be trying at a time when they are doing dusting and cleaning coffee from their keyboards or something. These are the uptimes

Contact the company by calling the service line as printed on the last page of the manual. Have them walk you through the registration process.
