When you take a picture on that phone, I guess you know that the object should be facing the back of the phone. That being said, when you take a picture there is a new icon at the bottom right corner. Touch the icon on icons and your pictures will open up on your screen. You can sort your pictures out buy touching the 3 dots icon on the top right corner of the picture screen.
It sounds like the Blackberry Messenger Icon which means you have messages in Blackberry Messenger. To get rid of the icon you simply have to go read the messages. This is the only icon i can think of that is blue with white dots that would be on top of the screen.
Try a screen calibration. To recalibrate your c-Series touch screen follow these steps:
1. Begin with the unit turned OFF and unplugged from a power source. 2. Power the unit ON, continue to hold the Power button for 1 minute. 3. A screen will display instructing you to Press dot in the lower left corner. 4. Release the Power button and touch the sequence of dots until your unit displays, Calibration complete. 5. Your unit should now function normally.
