Error Box on Scree with Error SC-545

Ricoh aficio1515f error problem appears on the screen during the printing process.what is the problem?

Hello sir; According your message, I guess your copier should be Ricoh, any way need to reset your machine, just follow following steps;
1, press "clear mode", "107", and hold down "clear/stop" key until screen change message.
2, turn power off and back on,machine should be in working now.
