HP photosmart m525 camera.....card is locked

I've had the same problem. The lock tab on my SD card was not broken but loose. Every time you insert it in a card reader or camera the tab slides back to the locked position rendering it useless. My solution is to super glue the lock tab to the unlocked positon. If your lock tab has broken off just put or make a replacement tab and glue or tape it to the unlocked (forward) position. BTW super glue leaves a white powdery residue after it dries. Wipe it off before it gets into your camera. I've had the same problem. The lock tab on my SD card was not broken but loose.
