Replace K toner, but Not installed K toner. how I fix it?

Either you do not have sufficient toner remaining or your toner sensor is falsely saying such. Follow your procedure for installing toner. If memory serves me, some toner cartridges have to be shaken but don't rely on my memory, follow the instructions.

If toner replacement does not fix the error, try resetting the machine. If that does not clear the problem, you may have to call tech support for a service call.

Fix error code on phaser 5500

That error means wrong toner installed. Are you using OEM toner? If it's not the toner it's the Crum board that recognized the toner, part number 160K95831.

My Oki C310dn printer prints lines through everything.

You need to do s head clean.
This could take 2 or 3 goes but should fix it you will find head clean in the maintenance settings.
It eats the ink so only do as you need.

Have a Konica Minolta 2430 DL and it ask me to install blk toner after install toner it has error line 2408. can you help me?

2408 means that the toner cartridge you are trying to rotate to is already in the top position or you need to install another toner cartridge before you can rotate to the color you want to replace.

To fix the toner not installed message clean the three contacts on green chip on the right side of the toner cartridge. You may see black lines on them. Use an eraser or rubbing alcohol.

Received a TONER LOW msg Replced toner per directions, now I have TONER ERROR! HELP!!!!!!!

Remove toner and then re-install it.
If the toner is not made by Brother, you may not get it to work for you. If this does not fix the problem, send it back for a replacement.

I have a feeling that it is a re-manufactured or compatible cartridge??
There is a fuse that needs to be replaced on this unit. it blows when the cartridge is installed to reset the machine. If the fuse has not been replaced or is defective the machine will not recognize the new unit.

Replaced Toner and Still Wants it to be replaced

You need to manually reset the CRU counter in the service menu to reset the toner count. This is designed so the xerox tech can come in and get paid for work. What you do is the following:
Enter the service mode by turning the machine off....then hold the (i) button and (<) arrow button simultaniously while turning the machine on. Then go down to nvram access enter menu, then go to CRU menu. Then go to the Toner CRU count menu, then select the toner you wish to reset and allow the machine to reset.
