U cannot download photoshop 7 directly from adobe servers though its there,
u can call uip Adobe, give them a valid sr no for photoshop 7 & they would send u an ftp link in your email.

You can download a free trial version, but downloading a full pirated version is illegal. I doubt you find help with that question here.
