Eiki LC-X1100 Red Color Shift

When projecting an image blue and green colors match-up but red is a bit rebellious and is shifted a bit to the left. Without having taken it apart (yet) I don't know what is going on in there (picked up cheap from a uni. so no manual). Mostly just wanted to know if there is a "service code" I could work with or if I'm left to screwdrivers and prayers.

SOURCE: won't power up

Hi, The owners manual says that if the red light is flashing, it is an indicator that it is ready to be turned on (use remote or onboard on button); flashing red & green - too high temperature inside, the unit is overheated. Check and clean the air filters; If the red light is steady, abnormal condition and you have to call for service. A copy of your manual is available at http://www.eiki.com/resources/resourcedownload.ashx?filename=/ownersmanuals/om_xb25_20_sb20.pdf Hope this be of some help. Pls post again how things turn up. good luck and kind regards.

SOURCE: Eiki LC-X1100 Powers "off" after 10-15 minutes

even if the filters are clean, you will still need to blow the dust out of it with canned air. may be overheating. otherwise, sorry to say, it is the ballast.

What colors go in what spots

R & L are for the audio left and right and then Y is the green port and this carries the luma brightness signal, PB is the blue port that carries the signal between luma and blue and PR is the red port that carries the signal between luma and red. Your component cable should be color coded to match.

53 inch projection tv...seems like the color red and color blue have shifted giving me a picture with red and blue shadows

For CRT projection TV's, this indicates that the Green picture tube is burned (warn out). The less green that strikes the screen, the more redish the image will look. You will need to find an old school TV repair shop that knows how to replace picture tubes.
In the case of a DLP style TV, the color wheel needs replacing.

Suburu radio wire harness. trying to match up with a new soni deck

Hello uze7, Here is the wiring match up for a 2009 Subaru Forester using the Metra 70-7552 wiring harness: NOTE: The actual harness will be listed as a Nissan harness, but has been used by Subaru since 2007. Also, I'm assuming that your Sony deck uses the standard color code. If not, you should have a manual that lists the function along with the colors. Match the wiring by function, not by color (although the colors may be the same). 2009 Subaru Forester Radio Wiring Color Code: Battery BLUE/RED (+) RADIO HARNESS Accessory YELLOW/RED (+) RADIO HARNESS Ground BLACK (-) RADIO HARNESS Illumination VIOLET (+) RADIO HARNESS Dimmer BLACK/WHITE (-) RADIO HARNESS Power Antenna YELLOW/BLACK (+) RADIO HARNESS LF Speaker (+) BROWN LF Speaker (-) BROWN/WHITE RF Speaker (+) BLUE/WHITE RF Speaker (-) BLUE/YELLOW LR Speaker (+) WHITE/BLACK LR Speaker (-) RED/YELLOW RR Speaker (+) GRAY RR Speaker (-) GRAY/RED Metra Harness: Yellow ? 12V Constant Red ? 12V Accessory Black - Ground Orange ?
