Phone will not turn on

Sometimes mine does not finsih loading the page. I click X to stop loading in the address bar. and then click the refresh icon in the adress bar.

\I had the same problem , could not even turn it off, took it to a computer geek, he wiped it clean and I don't down load any thing I don't know,. even up dates are spam now, cost me $ 65.00

your phone needs a software flash. if your phone is in warrenty, you need to go to your local phone shop where that you buyed this phone.
