It might be that computer has lost the audio codec it needs to play the video. Without know the type of file your video is I can't say anything more. But you can right click on the file itself and look at the file's properties. That might tell you what the audio codec is. You should be able to download the codec once you know what it is.

Unusual for the card to be faulty as this company have very good cards. Depends on what sounds you are playing....does it play up with a variety of sound. eg = gaming, music, playing a video etc

re install the drivers

downoad 3gp or mp4 videos ur phone does'nt play wmv or mpg videos

the song format ight be unreadable on you mobile. rformat the song into a fiel your phone can read.

You are on the right track, sounds like a noisy volume control. Can often be repaired with a squirt of cleaner spray into the potentiometer assembly.But I suggest you use crc2-26 contact lubricant spray, not silicone spray which is a great materials lubricant, but not electrical. Worst case, the Vol Potentiometer, may have to be replaced. Go for the CRC first and see how it goes. Good Luck, happy FixYa

Someone here recommended on another post to put the lense cap on & videotape the blackness in a quiet room for 5-10 mins. I tried this as a last resort & it worked. When I played back the tape, no more skipping or gray lines. I had 4-5 SOLID gray lines with skipping video & audio in between on every tape I put in. I think the person who helped me solve this said that it was a result of the tape alignment going off. My camera is a Canon zr80 digital camcorder. (Called Canon, they had me reset it & then recommended sending it in).
