I see a OFX 540 manual. It should include instructions on setting magins. Otherwise, you may have to contact Olivetti support regarding your model.

Regarding the manual, the Olivetti will probably belong to the lettera series. Here a manual: tntf. O, Olivetti & C, S. p. A.

Regarding the bearing, service manual in PDF for devices sold before the 1980s are not available, and replacement parts are very difficult to find. The only way to restore a vintage typewriter is usually by finding the same model on the second-hand market for spares or repair.

The ribbons are available in the USA GENERAL RIBBON #T381 or Nukote B136 L/O G.R. #T376 Instruction book not likely. I hope you can find them a little closer to home.
