Hi,
i have an E10.
i erased all my songs and put fresh lot of songs on it.
now,it wont play any songs...
it just reads the title of each song,then goes to the next song..
just titles of songs on the screen,no music.
also,even tho i erase it...the old song titles are still coming up...
what should i do?
i tried downloading the latest update from the iriver website...
but it wouldnt open on my p/c.
im running vista business.

Well it seems you deleted your songs but not the titles. weird huh but that happened to me too. so hook it up to your computer, go to " my computer", and then right the icon that is your device, and then click format and that should take care of that.

i tried that,but didnt work for some reason...
anyway,i downloaded iriver 3 software...
and manually put all the songs in using the software.
normally i just copy and paste.....
anyway,all fixed.
