My laptop is windows 8.1 when i am on the internet it lasts about 1-10 minutes and then say web page not avalible then i try and reloading the page it does nothing i an other computer that work perfect on the internet its just mine (Toshiba satellite pro c850 64 bit)i have tryed uninstalling the wifi driver and then restarting windows it makes it last a little bit longer and then it goes slow and wont load any think i really need this fixed please help yes i have updated my wifi driver and tryed to roll them back nothing works please help i need my internet! thank

Remove both Webcam driver and skype with a software called Vista Manager from yamicsoft.
Why a third party tools to uninstalled a software?The answer is it will remove even the files or registry key that is concern with that software.

after unstalling reboot your system.
First installed your webcam driver and check webcam work or not. Then installed skype software.
It will work.
Note: Lastest skype version have problem with webcam synchronisation.so used a little older version.
