must try to reconnect flex cable or reinstall device driver

There is a key with a wifi logo press the fn key ... hold it down and hit the wi fi key

check display driver, if that happens on moving the screen, connecting wire could be at fault.replace and get fixed.

go to your acer support website and download the driver for the web cam

Download the WEB cam and device drivers from the Acer WEB site. Make sure you select the model of your laptop the drivers you that require that matches the Windows version that is installed on your laptop. Use this link to get to the Acer support: -

It is true that your laptop has no built in webcam. You just have to purchase an external webcam. Once you have it you just have to install it to your laptop then you are good to go.
