I choose this one because of price as well as the fact it had no reviews yet. Also, one other major decision to buy this one was because it had less screen then XENON. anyways, I do not regret my decision I have all the other rumours personal fan of the 2. So far so good, I've had it just over two weeks and no complaints. I just hope it lasts longer then a year. i have the same problem here with mine.its brand new! keeps turnin on and off the backlight on its own every min. what should i do?

i had the same problem, and i just used the good old-fashioned 'turn the phone off, leave it for five minutes, and turn it back on.' good luck ! and if you're with rogers, im pretty sure they'll replace your phone .

since its only a week old i would take it back to the point of sale and see about an exchange due to device issue

I have an lg xenon and it turns off ever time i go into the internet.

take the battery out and restart the phone *put the battery back in, and turn on* or bring it into the ATT store.

did you get it wet? if so try leaving it near a heat source for a week. like an oven, dashboard of car.... I have dropped my phone in the toilet and brought it back from the dead.
