I have disconnected all of the wires from the motherboard and I don't know how to put them all back. I had to disconnect them to move the motherboard into a new casing. I need a manual which shows where all of the wires should go.

SOURCE: wires connection

If you know where the board came from i.e. a dell laptop model number or dell desktop model number this would help.

The issue is this is a Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0cm; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman";} propretary version of the motherboard and can have different configurations based on what machine you got it from.

This is a link to the Dell Dimesion 8400 spec for that board.

The E210882 is commonly the D865GLC motherboard from intel spec is here.

SOURCE: number codes for giving connections to HDD led,Power led, Reset SW & Power SW to motherboard

Those are really tricky and always vary from motherboard to motherboard.
without the exact model no one will be able to tell you exactly. But I'd recommend that you start out with the power (pw) plug and try trial and error. The only ones really necessary are the pw and reset. the only 2 that are polarity sensitive are the HDD light and pw led.

Motherboard User Manual For SiS965L?

SiS965L is a chipset designation, not a motherboard model number. That said, most motherboards do label the header pins for the front panel connections on the motherboard, though they are a bit small and sometimes are not adjacent to the pins themselves. The Power Switch and Reset Switch pins are not polarized, and when you determine which they are, the connector plug can be installed on them either way. The Power LED and HDD LEDs ARE polarized. The positive pin is marked with a "+" sign and the Green wore of the Power LED and the Red wire of the HDD LED must be on the "+" terminal.

How to & where to connect Power led + - /power sw/reset sw/HDD led

Get the user manual here: User Guide
Chapter 2 Page 17.
The plugs just fit on to little pins in the bottom corner of the board.

If you connect them and hard drive indicator light on the front of the case does not come on then you need to swap the 2 connectors around.
It's an led which has to be connected the correct way to work.
Same goes for the power led on the front of the case.

Unable to connect HDD LED, Power LED, RESET SW and power SW jumpers to motherboard in correct position. Unable to find a manual for layout. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If you look closely on the motherboard, and not necessarily near the jacks or pins, you will find a wiring table that corresponds to the pin configurations.
