This might be problem with your keypad  so, get ur keypad checked from care center

Caller ID
If you subscribe to caller ID service, information about each caller appears after the first or second ring. If you answer a call before the caller information appears on the screen, it will not be saved in the caller ID log. The caller ID log stores up to 50 entries. Each entry has up to 24 digits for the phone number and 15 characters for the name. If the telephone number has more that 15 digits, only the last 15 digits appear. Why does my phone only rings once, calling party hears a couple of rings and then goes to voicemail. goes to dial tone when answered after first ring.


Press menu, go to settings then scroll down to ring count and set number of rings before it goes to voice mail.

We have a Panasonix KX-T7731 phone system with 7 different extensions. How do I program each individual phone so that the date and time appear on the phone display?


With the handset on the cradle:
Press Program button
Enter *#
Enter the system password - system default is 1234
Enter 000
Press the Auto Dial/Store button
Enter date using the Scroll button (the round one used for spkr volume) to move to right and left to next field
Press Auto Dial/Store button to accept setting
Press Redial button to move to time
Enter time using Scroll button (the round one used for spkr volume) to move to right and left to next field
Press Auto Dial/Store button to accept setting
Press Auto Ans/Mute to exit Date & Time
Press Program Button to complete

Can't change the time on my Panasonic KX-T7433 phone


While the handset is still on the cradle press Program * # followed by the system password ( default is 1234). Now press 000 and then Sp-Phone.Enter the year and then scroll to the month with the right scroll key (located at the right bottom corner of the phone). To change the month use the AUTO ANS / MUTE button. Now scroll right again and change the date and day. To change the day again use the AUTO ANS / MUTE button. Now scroll right again and the time will appear. Set the time. To change am/pm scroll to it and again use the AUTO ANS / MUTE button. Press program to exit program mode and you are done.

There we can assign the number as speed dial.

It sounds like rotary dialing


I have a similar Panasonic phone (KX_TGA101S).  Someone must have inadvertently changed the dial mode on you.  Here is how you change it on mine, which should be similar to yours.  Hit the Menu button.  Scroll down to "Set tel line" and hit the Menu Button (OK). If it isn't displayed, scroll to "Set Dial Mode" and hit the Menu Button. Select Tone instead of Pulse and hit the Menu Button.  That should do it.

Speed dial


Scroll to the name you want to put in speed dial. OPTIONS tab then DETAILS....then scroll down to ADD TO SPEED DIAL then it will prompt you Yes or No? click on YES..then pick a position and SELECT
