Sometimes we get the wrong characters. I changed the daisy wheel, removed the ribbon, turned it off and on, but it continues with the same problem. Is there a reset or anything we are missing? Please advise. The machine is Brother GX-6750 typewriter.

You are right. It seems that your daisywheel needs resetting. To reset it hold down the "CODE" key, while holding press the Reset key "Q" and then release.
If the wrong characters continue printing, change to a new daisywheel.

If that is the only character that is not working then the
most likely cause is the daisy wheel (print wheel). Remove it from the machine
and look closely at it. The spokes should be evenly spaced and no gaps. If the daisy
wheel is damaged, just replace it.
