No sound from any source

Edited question for clarity and spelling.

Remove all the sound input leads from the back and remake them. You also need to test that whatever is supplying the music is actually working. You can also try adding a new sound source. This is a made in China unit that is badged to the name of the seller. Videos in the link.

Sounds like it's on the wrong input, maybe it's analog tuner. Have you tried changing it's input?

Did you try the old Unplug, wait a few minutes (have a cold beverage) plug it back in .... (cross fingers), ... Make sure its turned to the correct source and the source is on ... Have anything like a dvd hooked to it also? If so, does the sound work on one of them?

Check to ensure that you have not muted the TV. If you have an external audio source attached, check to see if it will pass the audio.

Conduct a rest of the TV to see if the audio returns. This procedure is described in the user manual.

I can see good video, but I hear no audio with my XWH200 adapters?

While most HDMI sources work with good audio and video, we have a compatibility issue with audio from a few specific products (eg, DirecTV HD DVR satellite set-top box, DISH Networks satellite set-top-box, and TiVo Premiere XL cable set-top-box). If you are experiencing problems with no audio or muted audio with one of your HDMI sources, then please try changing the audio settings on your problematic HDMI source to PCM or LPCM. Then turn off the TV, remote power from the WirelessHD adapters, and power off the HDMI source. Now power everything back on. If you are still experiencing no audio then please write down the model number of your HDMI source with no audio and contact VIZIO customer support.

same problem all set to replace TV but tried another source DVD instead of dish and it was fine. Possible the cable (cheap HDMI) but reboot the dish (hard) pull the plug and fixed it up, probably the HDMI connection at the source or the TV (or the cable)

try a different source. if there is output on all speakers in test mode, then the amps are good but the source or source switching may have a problem.

Many of the Sony models use a "sound" module that fails over time. If you can post the model number of your unit, I can verify that this is the likely problem and provide hte part number and cost.
