If the code comes back do not reset, you are messing with the Fuser the Hot part. Continuing to reset without a technician looking at and or replacing it, the fuser can catch on fire and that would ruin a perfectly good day.

Turn ON the power switch with the Back/Stop/Reset key held down.

SOURCE: Problem with my Konica Minolta bizhub 350

The code is for fusing warm up failure. Turn the machine on, wait for the error, then open the front door - you will see a cover on the right hand side which you need to unscrew and remove, behind that is a board (PWB-S1- Tech. Rep. Setting Switches Board) press the trouble button then reinstall the cover and shut the door. Your printer should now reboot - if the error comes back you will need to have the fuser either repaired or replaced.

SOURCE: error c3451

First ignore the revious solution, it is not even close. The error code c3451 refers to a copier warm up error, the machine had not reached the correct temp within a specific time. I bet it happened when you first swiched on one morning. Easy to reset and fault usually goes away.

To Reset switch machine off using the switch inside the front door, not the one on the control panel.
Whilst holding the UTILITY key down on the control panel switch the machine back on keeping the UTILITY key held down. Eventually a Trouble reset key will be displayed in the LCD screen, touch this, OK will be displayed then power the machine off and then back on.

This will reset the error code, if the code reoccurs then there will be a problem with the fuser unit in the machine, and this will require replacing.
hope this helps

SOURCE: Konica Minolta showing error code

Hi this is an issue with the fuser unit not getting to the correct heat level check there is no bits of paper stuck in the fuser unit check that the heater lamps are coming on h1 and h2
also check the thermistors you can replace the fuser unit assembly if it still does not work after replacing the fuser unit you will need to change PU1 and last resort PWB-A
the above will resolve your issue if you hold down the utility meter key and then switch on the machine keep the utility key held down for at least 30 seconds after switching on the machine after 30 seconds take your hand of the the utility counterr key and on the display it should come up with trouble reset press the screen on trouble rest the machine will reset you could try this first to see if machine resets
let me know how it goes

SOURCE: konica minolta bizhub c250 error code c3451

this probably happened first thing in the morning when turned on lets try to reset power the machine off using the switch inside the front door not the one on the panel now press and hold utility button down and turn machine on keep the utility button pressed until the trouble reset light comes on press the trouble reset it should flash ok now using the switch inside the door power the unit off wait about thirty seconds and power back on this should fix the problem if not you will need a tech to come out good luck
