Samsung monitor 204b screen image is split in to two parts; the upper part OK but lower part is gibberish, ghosty?

Interference. Separate the wiring so it doesn't touch. Touching wires create cross-talk of signals and keeps from running normal.

It is losing signal. For a split second it shows the screen..then flashes to "no signal"...then repeats.

may be your monitor needs some maintenance.
The soldering which keeps the components together may have been worn out and have given rise to dry joints.

A technician can easily fix this.

Keep getting a low signal text at the bottom of screen on one of our tv's and on the other we have sc4 instead of C4 on number 4 guide slot. No matter how many times I re tune it does not correct these...

Hi
Your signal strength is being split in half by the r.f splitter(aerial socket).
You might want to try and buy a cheap 10db signal booster /r.f amplifier/antenna amplifier this will help to boost your signal before it is splitted.
You`ll install it between the antenna and the splitter.
All you need is the booster and a short r.f/antenna cable extra.
Hope this will help. Merry Christmas

Computer will not turn on. it is just "sparking" ie fans/lights/come on for split second and then everything goes off. on my evga motherboard there is a FF display. i have been troubleshooting easy things...

Not sure about the FF. If everything comes on and then powers off after only a split second, there is not time for the display to show anything. I'm suspecting it is indicating there is no signal.
The very first thing I would try on this computer is the power supply (assuming it's a desktop system).
A faulty power supply can act like this.

Unusable signal

Usually need a second receiver. Cannot just split signal. With some cable providers you can split the cable before it hits the cable box for basic cable channels.

Suggest contacting Cable Company if does not work.

Thanks!
