Error 0xc19a0013 color not printing correctly

The ink system can fail if the cartridges in the product are installed incorrectly, if the ink in the cartridge is low or out, or if the cartridges are damaged or not correctly vented. Follow these steps to check the cartridges thoroughly and resolve any issues you find.
Step 1: Replace empty or low cartridges
Step 2: Make sure the cartridges are installed correctly
Step 3: Use the automatic printhead cleaning utility
The automatic printhead cleaning utility is available only if you installed the HP software that came with the product.
If the print quality is acceptable on the test page, you are done, and there is no need to continue to troubleshoot. If the print quality is not acceptable, repeat the automatic printhead cleaning procedure again. If the print quality is still not acceptable, 'Remove, clean, and reinstall the printhead' .
Reset the HP Photosmart B8550 Printer
The error message might disappear after you turn off the product and turn it on again. After you make any adjustments to the cartridges or the printhead, reset the product in order for the error message to clear completely. Follow these steps to reset the product.
1.Press the Power button to turn off the product.
2.Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product.
3.Wait 30 seconds.
4.Reconnect the power cord to the back of the product.
5.Turn on the product by pressing the power button.
Check the product control panel display. If the error message disappears, you are done, and you do not need to troubleshoot further. If the error message persists, continue with the next section, 'Remove, clean, and reinstall the printhead.

MY PRINTER WAS PRINTING AND ERROR #1203 JUST CAME UP AND IT STOP PRINTING.

What color are the cartridges that you are putting in? Are they blue or are they greyish in color? If you are trying to print on laser or other such paper, you need to be using the greyish cartridges. Also make sure that the cartridges that you put in have plenty of ribbon in them and that you've put them in facing the correct direction, you should be able to see the color names when you open the printer. If you don't, you've installed them facing the wrong way. Also make sure that you have all the correct colors installed for the print job. Unless you're printing strictly in black and white, you'd be surprised at what colors are needed to make a color, unless you're using pure Cyan, Magenta or Yellow. Any colors other than those will need to use a combo of those colors to reproduce colors properly. I hope this helps. If not, write back and say what steps you've followed to try to remedy the error.

Ink may be new, but their nozzles may be blocked; depending on manner of storage. To be sure apply a folded tissue paper to the ink nuzzle and press firmly. If the tissue comes off well blotted with ink it means you still have a good amount of ink in it and the nozzle is not blocked. If not blotted or scantily blotted, it means ink is really low or nuzzle is blocked. To be very sure of this, place nuzzle in a plate/saucer with a bit water so that the nuzzle is soaked. Leave for about 10 minutes. Then apply the tissue again. If still not well blotted it means ink is really low or empty. If new you should return it for a replacement. In the case of blocked nozzles, the procedure may be repeated over to get results.

Here are the directions for Tec Color correction. If this doesnt work then replacing the print head is the most likely solution. The TekColor correction options provide simulations of different color devices. Automatic is the default correction for general image processing. Use the following table to determine what option you want to use. TekColor Description Automatic Applies the best color correction to each graphic element: text, artwork, and photographs Office Color sRGB Display: Approximates the colors on a computer display. sRGB Vivid: Produces brighter, more saturated colors than sRGB Display. Press Match SWOP Press: Matches specifications for Web Offset Publications. Euroscale: Matches Fogra glossy paper specification. Commercial: Approximates U.S. commercial press target. SNAP Press: Matches specifications for Newsprint Advertising Production. None Applies no color correction. Use with other color management tools, such as International Color Consortium (ICC) profiles, ColorSync, or the PANTONE Color Chart for the printer. Black & White Converts all colors to shades of gray From the workstation, select the color correction in a supported driver. The Ink waste tank filters are usually change by a technician or the counter can be turned back. The ink waste tank is found at the base of the printer

Did you try doing a hard reset to the device

Open the printer as if to replace an ink cartridge. On the print head there is a black plastic arm about 2 inches long. Re-connect this with the white cog wheel so that the protruding part is in the center of the black arm. Close lid, power on and job done.
