Display driver elitegroup l4vxag

The drivers that you need for devices built into your motherboard (sound video, ethernet etc.) Are usually contained on a system support / driver CD that was shipped from the manufacturer with the motherboard. If you do not have this CD, you will have to visit the motherboard manufacturer's website to download the drivers that you need.
Once you get to the website, look for the model number of your motherboard (usually stamped on the board itself) in the support or downloads section of the web site. Be sure the drivers you download are for the operating system you are using (XP, Vista , etc.)
In the event that you cannot locate the driver(s), look for a "contact us" link on the website support or home page. This link will provide you with contact information (phone or E-mail) and allow you communicate your problem to them.
As a last resort, you can do a google seach for your motherboard drivers - something like "Biostar 4035d7 motherboard drivers". However the search results may take you to the web site of companies where you have to pay for access to their driver database.
Good luck. And if you find this information to be of value to you, please return to the FixYa web site and rate me.

Update for SiS 2615 Display Adapter to load windows XP pro

The PC Chips MB PCCHIPS SiS746FX M848A V5.0 462 motherboard does not have onboard video, correct? So if you can obtain the make and model of your video card, you can then find the Windows XP drivers online for download. Then you would be able to provide said drivers when the "system asks you to update SiS 2615 Display Adapter driver"

*Another quick fix would be to use a different VGA card, if you have one available?

*Now, I have never been prompted to update display driver before or during a windows installation or update. So that step I would require a little more detail on. I have only been prompted for mass storage drivers (as seen in screenshot).

Driver Problems with XP SP2

Without the model number, chipset info and socket type of the mother board, it's hard to help. But you can check HERE and see if that's what you're looking for.

Did *********** board come with a CD disc? If so, the drivers are on it.

The last idea is to run Windows Update, as it will sometimes let you download updated drivers.

Hope that helps!

XP freezes display just before welcome screen

Kaiwah, You never said how old the MB is, but it looks like the onboard video is bad. If it is still under warranty have them fix it. If not go out and get a new board. I have seen yours for about less than $100.00 bucks

Terrible slow internet connection after installing SP2

If you are sure it is a motherboard problem relating to the on board ethernet connection, purchase a PCI slot ethernet card and see if using the card manufacturers drivers are better than the motherboard ethernet drivers. Although i'm not sure how a slow connection is the motherboard problem, it maybe that it's SP2 thats the problem. Have you checked the driver that is used for the onboard ethernet connection, it maybe you need to re-install original motherboard ethernet driver you got with it.
