Sony NWZ-E438F clock display is blank..

when i trying to creating music library from My Walkman nwz-e438f displays every moment has its music for a while then shuts off.The content transfer program is not recognizing the device

Display show only logo & i have connect pc then show "connected USB.the timer and Alarm will become invalid"
pls solve this problem?

Assuming that you mean the NWZ-E438F model, when using the Media
Manager for Walkman, it has no conversion tool.

For transferring video the Content Transfer software should be used
and installed first.

No. The only thing it will erase is the time, but that's easy to fix. Reseting it shouldn't do anything to your music at all.

Ok I got it. you need to go in to your windows media player on the right it will say sync or something of that nature. Add the songs you want on the playlist. name it and press sync on the bottom
